Bringing big smiles to little faces

'The family had a holiday which otherwise they could not afford. It gave them something positive to look forward to which they needed as they have had a very difficult. They loved the new holiday home, change of scenery and the many activities on offer especially the swimming pool.The referral  process was simplified and did not embarrass the family in delving too much about their desperate financial circumstances.
